Thrace Group donates 50% of its face mask production (to those in need).

Thrace Group’s Board of Directors decided to support those individuals that do not have the financial resources and/or access to buy the necessary amount of medical masks for their personal protection. Thrace will donate 50% of Group’s face mask production of May & June. 

We collaborated with the non-profit foundation DESMOS, which will lead the distribution of the masks, ensuring they reach those who are in real need. Since day one of the pandemic in Greece, DESMOS has been taking significate actions to strengthen the most vulnerable population of our country.

We added to our collaborative matrix, ACS Courier, which actively contributes to this effort, by offering its services for free and will be responsible to deliver the masks to their receivers. 

We want to thank our people on our production lines that work hard, so our factories operate to their maximum capacity, the people of DESMOS who accurately connect donations from individuals and companies with charities and Social Welfare organizations and ACS team that will be on the field and deliver the masks on a nationwide scale.
