For almost two decades the leading weavers of curtain heading tapes have used polypropylene weft in place of cotton or viscose yarns, and in some cases the heading tape pocket is made from a polypropylene warp.

USES & FUNCTIONS

Thrace Group is the leading producer of industrial yarns for curtain heading tapes. Our standard Donfil® yarn is a 105 tex fibrillated white tape and is made to exacting specifications to meet the demands of high speed narrow fabric weaving. Additionally the tape is UV stabilised which limits fading caused by exposure to sunlight.
