Thrace Group Nonwoven is a spunlaid, continuous thermal-bonded filament, made out of 100% polypropylene. It is a non-toxic material that comes in a wide variety of characteristics and can be easily welded for pocket spring applications.
USES & FUNCTIONS |
Thrace Group Nonwoven Spunbond is available in two bonding patterns and is suitable for the production of pocket springs because of its high tensile strength and elongation. The fine denier filaments along with the bonding properties provide a noise-free pocket, suitable for the matresses industry. Our Nonwoven Spunbond fabrics meet the OEKO TEX standard 100-class I and are tested according to IKEA methods. They are compatable with various international flammability standards. |
