(hereafter “the Company”), in compliance with the provisions of L. 3556/2007 and of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and following relevant notification to the Company on February 12, 2024, announces that Mr. Vassilis Zairopoulos, Non-Executive Member of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on February 8, 2024 to the purchase of 5,780 common registered shares in total of the Company with a total value of 25,053.30 Euro and on February 9, 2024 to the purchase of 19,220 common registered shares in total of the Company with a total value of 84,163.15Euro.
