The Société Anonyme under the trade name “THRACE PLASTICS HOLDING AND COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME” with the distinctive title “THRACE PLASTICS CO S.A.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), in the context of the proper, accurate and timely information of the investors, and pursuant to the provisions of article 17 par. 1 of the Regulation 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as of the 16th April 2014, informs the investors that the Board of Directors of the Company decided, during its meeting of February 21st, 2022, the appointment of Mr. Michael Psarros son of Georgios, as Risk & Compliance Manager of the Company.
Mr. Psarros has joined Thrace Group in 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Patras and the University of Leicester, has worked for 21 years as an internal auditor and has acquired extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management.
Mr. Michael Psarros will undertake his duties as Risk & Compliance Manager of the Company as of February 24th, 2022.
