The Company “THRACE PLASTICS Co S.A.” (hereinafter “Company”), with reference to the earlier announcement dated March 31, 2022, hereby announces that the published Financial Calendar of the Company for the Year 2022 is amended with regards to the time of

In the context of providing correct, valid and timely information to investors, and in accordance with the articles 4.1.2 (par. 1, sect. b) and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, as it is in effect today, (hereinafter

“the Regulation”), the Company “THRACE PLASTICS Co S.A.” (hereinafter “Company”), with reference to the earlier announcement dated March 31, 2022, hereby announces that the published Financial Calendar of the Company for the Year 2022 is amended with regards to the time of announcement and release of the Annual Financial Statements of the fiscal year 2021:

  • Announcement and release date of the Annual Financial Statements of the fiscal year 2021: Thursday, 14 April 2022 (before the opening of Athens Exchange trading session).

The above financial statements, as well as the respective Press Release will be available at the same time on the Company’s website www.thracegroup.com as well as on the website of the Athens Exchange www.athexgroup.gr.

The Company reserves the right to change the abovementioned dates or/and the content of the financial calendar, provided that it timely informs the investor community via the amendment of the present release, according to the Regulation.
